Hi! I'm Megan Hayden, a licensed Realtor® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory and your Transaction Muse. I am an experienced real estate professional dedicated to the effective, compassionate, and thorough representation of Buyers and Sellers in the home buying/selling process. Although I represent my own clients, I am also passionate about assisting fellow agents to build the foundation of their own representation so that they, too can dedicate themselves to their clients. By providing the tedious organization and file management needed on every transaction, whether buyer, seller, or agent, my services are designed to optimize the real estate transaction experience for all parties involved.
How It Came To Be
After nearly two decades existing in some aspect of the home services industry, whether as an assistant to other real estate agents, or as an interior designer, even working as a remodeler, I decided the next step was to obtain my real estate license. I've been licensed in the state of Arizona since 2019 and have represented many home buyers and sellers in successful transactions since then, both as a part of a team and as an independent agent at Realty Executives Arizona Territory. Towards the end of 2023, I decided that I would take the skills I've honed over my career and offer my administrative services to my fellow agents to help them grow, as well.
