From contract to close, I've got you covered. Once you have an executed purchase contract, I step in to make sure you and your clients get to the finish line, no matter if you're representing the seller or the buyer in the transaction.
Full Service Transaction Coordination

Introductory emails will be sent to all parties involved in the transaction (Cooperating Agent, Lender, Title, etc). All parties receive timeline confirmation and reminder e-mails as well. All documents will be reviewed, uploaded to your Broker File Management System, and distributed to necessary recipients. Contact with all parties will be maintained throughout the transaction to the Close of Escrow.
Document Review and Upload

All documents will be reviewed for completion. Documents will be uploaded to your Broker File Management System. You will be reminded of missing documents from your file per your Broker requirements. This option does not include any communication to any other parties in the transaction.
Dual Agency Representation
If you find yourself representing both the Buyers and the Sellers in a single transaction, let's start by saying Congratulations! Next, let's talk about your file. Rather than paying for two separate files, you will receive a discount for both sides of the transaction to be coordinated.

Listing coordination

After your Listing Agreement is signed, all documents will be reviewed for completion. Documents will be uploaded to your Broker File Management System. You will be reminded of missing documents from your file per your Broker requirements. Listing will be input into MLS. All photos, documents, virtual tours, etc, will be uploaded into MLS.

This is a service that is particularly helpful for listing properties that are occupied by the owner. Years of experience in the interior design field gives me a unique ability to consult with clients about not only how to best show their home without feeling like they've left their personal touch in the dust, but also how these steps can help protect their privacy through the process.
